Trenolin FastFlow DF 100ml
Trenolin® FastFlow is capable of removing difficult to degrade pectin fractions (hairy regions) through the arabinogalactan-II-hydrolase (AG-II-hydrolase) activity.
Range of use: Pectin-rich white and red grape varieties
Goal: For intensive pectin degradation in pectin-rich grape varieties
Marked improvement in press performance
Improves filtration in all stages
Very effective at low temperatures of 5 °C to 10 °C
Dosage 3 – 10 mL/100 kg or 100 L
